Mine is useless- sent one sample that did not follow the CP!! I sent her a corrected sample, but she never forwarded it on. Gave up trying to help.
Also questioned regarding QA blank regarding a discrepancy that I felt they just filled in with the incorrect word (could have done that too!) and got nowhere.
When we get no feedback from QA and not allowed to even contact QA regarding the blanks they do fill in, our QKL is MIA and our super is too busy then I have learned to ignore the quality issue emails that are sent out periodically. What a joke! |
