I'm not sure how many of you have heard of Dave Ramsey. He at one time was into real estate and made a fortune. He eventually hit rock bottom and had nothing. He has a book and videos out called Financial Peace University. I HIGHLY recommend this book. He gives tips on how to handle your credit card companies and how to budget (his book has all the forms you will need). He also has a radio show that comes on in the afternoon (sorry, not sure which station as I haven't listed in a while). He also has a website, www.daveramsey.com. I promise, you won't be sorry for buying this book and putting it into practice. You won't gain financial freedom overnight, but it will happen. I only learned of this book after having to file bankruptcy a few years ago. Not a pleasant road to go down either. Best of luck!!! |
