It based on a couple of things. You must produce more than 150 lph average for the month. Only lines over 150 lph average are eligible for the bonus. You also have to meet the QA requirements and the scheduled hours. There are specifics to these on Qnet regarding the monthly bonus. I don't remember the specifics, so I would suggest you check it out on Qnet. |
