all 3 of them. In 10 yrs I bet 95% of transcription is VR, not because it is good, but because it is cheap. Drs and hospitals will be forfeiting a lot of freedom and personal variability in dictation due to use primarily of canned formats. Don't ever be glad you have a lot of normals for an account...that makes you much much less useful to anyone.
