Hi, According to the video by the CEO on Qnet, there is a shortage of qualified MTs. This is the reason why they have to outsource. They must think we are stupid. If this was the case, our wages would reflect the shortage. Supply and demand therapy. This whole industry has just headed south. I know I am making what I made probably 10 years ago.
