I haven't even hit my weekly normal + 2% yet and it's the last day of the incentive week. I won't hit it until the very end of the day, if that, with my 40 hours put in. I doubt many other FT'ers did either unless they worked their hinies off. It borders on virtually impossible for me unless I would have worked my one day off for the week, which I was unwilling to do. I needed the mental health more than I needed the money, I guess. LOL PT is looking better and better in this company. Seriously starting to consider going to PT and taking up with another company PT to wrap up all the incentives when they become available. Ha!
