I recently had a random audit done of 3 reports, and my QKL discussed it with me.  Does that help? At the time I didn't think to ask about the standard headings for echos at some hospitals.  It shows up as required headings, but the docs basically dictate them as a narrative.  Of course, now I have a string of them and keep running into the same situation.
