If you look on QNET, you will see that that is the same wording that is used for the downtime policy. That's how it has always been worded. If I'm not mistaken, it just means that you're supposed to check in frequently for the first 8 hours. After that, if there are still technical difficulties, you are released from the responsibility of repeatedly checking for the resolution and your supervisor is supposed to notify you when everything is back up and running. |
