took care of the resetting part for me. I figured I wouldn't get too far with support when we first had trouble today, so I uninstalled it and then re-downloaded it, but I was lucky enough to get into to DQM at the time. I also had a box saying DQS encountered a problem the last time it was shut down, and wanted me to explain what had happened. The reinstall took care of that, too--until it went totally down again a few hours later. I haven't tried it again since then. My scheduled shift was pretty much done, so I gave up for the day, especially when I seen all the lines that hadn't showed up yet. |
