My account is the same way and the reports are disgustingly long. It is not uncommon to get a head, neck, chest, abdomen and pelvis CT - for the price of one report.  I have complained (as others) and we are always told it evens out which is not true.  I used to do over 100 reports a day - now I am lucky to get 60 with this account.  I wish her luck.
