I get the impression in discussing this with management that when DQS and E-time are not correlating at the same time is when they get an alert or some type of documentation and I also assume they can tell if you are idol in DQS when correlating with E-time, BUT I am getting the impression this is only when there is an extended period of time not just 5-15 minutes. In my case, the week in question I had an incident where I needed to make and receive phone calls regarding a medical problem in the family and they were lengthy phone calls. They were not just questioning a few minutes here or there, it was 45 minutes to over an hour on some days. I think MQ wants and expects us to spend some time looking up words and addresses for accuracy, so I do not want to get some of you paranoid over nothing regarding my situation. Again, this was documented 3 times in one week for me--so I feel after talking to management they had a legitimate concern looking into my E-time and DQS use and questioning the issue. Hope I put some of your minds at ease. |
