well, I'm part-time so my benefit rate is not that important to me ... and I won't be reading it off the clock.  I also do not read CPs off the clock.   JMHO I suppose it is legal to ask that sine it is not REQUIRED that you do so ..  but still .. to actually ask or suggest ... wow ... I too liked QASAR when it was just for feedback  ...  it can be a great learning tool I think .. I'm hoping ...
