work and the bonus money was great! I just didn't appreciate the extra money they spent on a few prizes who only the elite few got. That money could have been better spent by increasing the cpl of the bonus.
MQ likes to dangle things in front of everyone but then only reward a few. That is exactly what they are doing with this Blowout campaign they're running now. Are any full-timers eligible? Will they get OT? Do you realize this can cut into the monthly bonus?
I would much rather have my monthly bonus, which is cash earned, than the chance of winning one of these fabulous prizes. I didn't sign up to be a contestant on a game show and I'm not Pavlov's dog, but MQ doesn't seem to realize this.
I'm not upset by your post, I'm upset with MQ. They need to pay their MTs better instead of always trying some cheap trick to get more work done for less.
I wish you well on this incentive and I hope you win 1 of those fabulous prizes (even though I realize that you may be doing it just for the extra money). We all have to work or we wouldn't be. I can understand that. I just wish MQ would realize that. |
