Although we have our accounts covered sufficiently, the extra help will then allow for the overflow to work on accounts that struggle. This does cause a problem (duh) for some MTs to be low on their primaries, but overall as a company we are servicing all of our clients better getting the reports back to the facility so that we do not have an interruption in patient care. I added the duh.......lol Have a great evening!
