What if MQ took the money they paid on late penalties for accounts and paid it instead (Gasp!!) to the MTs/MEs who work to keep it in TAT? Wouldn't you work harder to keep your accounts in TAT if you felt like your extra hours helped the team? If you had the Impact Center calling because your accounts were close to turn around, wouldn't you be more inclined to help out? I know MQ pays out an incredible sum of money on late penalities, wouldn't it be nice if some of that could find its way back into our paychecks? Just a thought!
