I was just told on my primary account that the attending physician is supposed to be changed on the ADT to the dictator's name to generate the correct signature line.  This is the first I have EVER heard of this, and it is not in the client profile.  I have been doing this account for 5 years and have never changed the attending physician name.  Just another example of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing!  If they want to get rid of people, start with management.
