Unbelievablely stupid, actually. I agree that we should not judge a book by its cover, but seeing the way that Medquist has been run for the past 2-3 years, I see nothing brilliant about its managers. They are not wonderful, brilliant management people. They are people who do what they are told and don't ask why. I certainly don't see their knowledge spilling forward. I see their stupidity spilling forward.
