because it's not your primary, you can bet other MTs (incluing myself) do the same (whether we just don't care to read an entire CP or whatever)....and enough people keep doing this and eventually you (and I) will lose our primary accounts because that client is NOT happy. Kinda screwing ourselves so to speak. However, the blame still lies with MQ. But we are the ones who shall suffer. They will just offshore.
