QA is only supposed to fill in blanks, not read through the whole report, so if we as MTs miss something in the CP, on it goes through QA and to the client. 96% is awesome considering the liability MQ has created. Remember when our QAs actually knew the accounts too and were allowed to give us feedback (i remember getting emails almost daily)? Now it is just a free-for-all and who cares about the emails regarding particular accounts because we can't keep them straight anyway! |
