There are too many CPs that are incredibly long with explicit instructions and even if these accounts are in your primary group along with 10 others, you are also hopping around in the cesspool and it's just too much.
I think they were doing good getting 96.2%. I wonder on those reports how many people who did those were even in that SA, not that it would matter since I visit the other SAs all the time.
You can't give someone unlimited accounts and then chastise them on some instruction buried deep in the CP and expect them to clock out for 10 minutes every time that account comes up, say once a day if even that, so they can review every minute detail.
Frustrating to get those emails because there is absolutely nothing we can do about it unless we feel like watching our pay tank into the ground by spending time pouring over CPs on accounts we don't do that much.
