Was advised that a particular account got a 96.2% quality score when the standard is 98%, with a lengthy discription on how the client profile is very explicit and should be used properly.

MQ quit whining and complaining to the transcriptionists about how the clients are very unhappy. As long as we are in the cesspool, we are all going to be unhappy! We will not make our line counts, and the clients will be ticked because someone is not following the client profile correctly.
There is a simple answer to make all of us happy but you will not let it happen! |
