I waste an incredible amt of time trying to decipher the doc's first name or if it's his last name even it gets spelled out for me. That's how bad their English is for about of my accts. My lines would be doulbed if I didn't have to deal with this mess. I know...preaching to the choir, right? And then it's the low-takers and the hospitals not providing a decent place for them to dictate, so it's all the backgound noise and distractions.
Again, I hate to throw spitballs here, but 99.9% of the time is the ESLs. I have my own personal label for ESL, but can't post it here. Two initials...that's a hint if anyone's bored enough to figure it out.
