I did it after just 2 years of inhouse transcription and 2 years of business school for Medical Transcription and it was a big switch just working from home itself. You have tons of experience under your belt! So, you must know a lot. When I first started there were 2 people in particular that were the nicest QA you could find anywhere. I still have so much respect for them because they never made me feel inferior or intimidated me. I had my share of others though that were not so nice. I think we all have been there.
