We have to file by the 31st this year because my husband owns his business and we will owe taxes. If you are projected to owe and have a business, you are supposed to file by the 31st. Not usually a big deal, but like I said, this is the first year I've been working. The last time I worked was about 5 years ago, and he wasn't self-employed then, so it was never an issue before. We usually call our bank and mortgage company and we are able to get the info from them, then get the paper copies later and send them on in. They're pretty nice about it.
