Yes, the paystub on 12/24 will be your last paystub for the year. You can use those numbers. The IRS doesn't care when you earned your money, only when you received it. The 12/16-12/31 payperiod will show as earnings for 2008. Don't forget, if you earned a bonus it will be paid separately on this date, so make sure you're using the final stub.
