jumped on the bandwagon with the premise of the charges of the first one! So, if one gets tossed for lack of validity, well...looks really positive that the others will never materialize either!
All the lawsuits are dependent on each other. The hospital suit claims MQ bilked them. The MT suit claims they must have been bilked if the hospitals were bilked, and the shareholders said they must have been bilked when the stock prices dropped because of all the bilking allegations!! Dominoe effect going in, and dominoe effect going out! Very possible! Again, it was so important to remember innocent until proven guilty. We should all be super happy over this - this is our company - our livelihood, our security, packets or not. Dismissed is dismissed. The only ones disappointed on this one, other than the lawyers, should be those disillusioned MTs who somehow thought they were gonna rake in some big $$ in a class action suit. |
