how it works for the medical/dental reimbursement plan. I only saw one form. I have to use it for dental reimbursement and the form said United Healthcare, but I have Aetna DMO plan. Could someone in a nutshell please explain how this works as I have never done this before. Feel free to email me if it would be easier. Thanks so much to anyone who can help. |
