I kid you not - While everyone is fretting over their "packets" and complaining as usual, the news broke this evening, and its also posted on the Medquist website. One of the lawsuits by the shareholders was TOSSED OUT BY THE JUDGE!  Not only that, the judge basically complimented the Board of Directors for their handling of matters...SEE, my fellow MTs - IN AMERICA, YOU ARE INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.  ONE DOWN, but Boy is that a step in the right direction!! Come on, Sheri, PLEASE let this get posted!! Its the truth!!
