But for my target number.... i went into etime and wrote down my line counts for each week all the way back to september (whatever dates they said they were going by). I scratched out the highest and lowest line counts and added the rest up and divided by 6. Then I multiplied by 2% and add the 2% to that number. I then got confirmation from my PS that my target number was right.
As far as pay... I am not sure exactly what you are asking.
