They add up all the lines for that week (sunday through saturday), divide by the total hours worked, and that is your hourly line count.  They multiply it by your cpl rate.  So if you average 150 lines per hour at 8 cpl, that would be $12 per hour, so you get an extra $6 for each OT hour.
