And yes it's due to the bonus but I usually work around 30 hours a week and I've alreadly hit 40 now, and I apologize for anyone's toes on step on because of it.
I have a question though. I've never had O/T before, how does that work? I assume it's based on your Sunday-Sat hours, but is it figured out where as soon as you hit 40 hours, you get paid your base plus half? And how do they know what lines you've typed after 40 hours?
I'm sorry for being dense, but any help would be appreciated. With the holidays coming I'm counting every damn dime!  |
