there are so many sides to this - I sympathize with the MTs who are not getting their primaries and are struggling. I know it is really frustrating, and they are not wrong for hating the bonus.
I also think it is wonderful that so many MTs can earn this bonus. They have to work really hard for it and they deserve every penny, and they are not wrong for *scarfing up* as much bonus as they can.
I think the real problem here is that all of us seem to be having a different experience.
Some of us have been approved for OT.
Some of us have not been approved for OT.
Some of us are still getting our primaries.
Some of us are drowning in the cesspool.
Some of us have the flexibility and support at home to be able to do the extra work.
Some of us don't have the support or the flexibility to do the extra work.
The ones who are being accused of whining have legitimate reasons for hating this bonus.
The ones who are working hard and can take advantage of the bonus have every right to take as much as they want to, because no matter what, it is still hard work! It's not like any one of us says I want to go take all the work from another MT on an account that I've never done before MMMMWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! We have to take what we are given and every one of us would prefer our primary if we had the choice.
Yeah I know we don't all have to love each other all the time (besides, that would be boring anyway!) I'm just saying that both sides have valid feelings on this issue.
