You have to work your minimum hours each week regardless. PTO doesn't count against that. But if you're short 1 hour 1 week, that's not fulfilling your time. Be careful and watch your time.

The lines/hour is an average over the quarter. Take my total production divided by my total hours worked (no PTO, no training, no downtime). I get my average lph. Subtract 150. Multiply by the # of regular hours. This is my total bonusable lines for the quarter.

The BONUS portion is the 150 lph average.

Your employment status/hours worked requirements are the ## hours per week you committed to. It is part of your job performance fulfillment. Has to be done.
