I remember one night just before Christmas one year, really feeling like I was truly part of the 'team' and getting in 11,000 lines and chatting with my supervisor...I had a really great relationship with that particular supervisor....and feeling so proud of myself.  I made the bonus!...and I was done working.  And, it was Christmas time. It's been a long time since I've felt like that at MQ.  I cry a lot now.
