everyone is complaining about is the formula they came up with. Why does he have to be so complicated with so many variables that only a math engineer can figure it out? Their intentions are in the right place but they really need to come up with something a little more simpler to follow. I just refuse to worry about it. If I get it fine, if not - that's okay too...I'll just work more overtime to make up for the loss.
