Go to e-time. Click on reports and run a time detail report for period 07/01/07 through 09/30/07. At the bottom of the report it will give you your lines and hours.
Take total lines and divide by hours which will give you your line per hour total. Subtract either 150 (full time line count minimum) or 100 (flex line count minimum) from the total.
Multiply that total by total production hours again, which equals your bonus eligible lines.
Divide bonus eligible lines by 21,697,450 bonus eligible lines, and and multiple by 598,000 quarterly bonus pool figure.
