Total lines divided by total hours. Take that number and subtract 150 - that gives you total lines per hour. Take total lines per hour divided by total hours worked - not including OT or PTO hours. That gives you eligible bonus lines. Divide eligible bonus lines by 21,697,450 x 598,000. Maybe I'm wrong though - check QNet.
