Sorry I cannot offer more than sympathy. But I know what you are talking about. When I get my old account most of the day versus the new, 4-hospital cesspool, it makes a difference of about 3$ an hour. That is a HUGE difference. I do not see it getting any better, either. Too many dictators, too many specialties, bouncing around here and there. I don't see how you can even be sane with 95% ESL. Good luck to you. |
