Hi, hope this is an allowable post -- has anyone had any success in getting transferred to a different primary account: If so, how? I have a main acct that is 95% ESL, VERY ESL and I have struggled with it from the beginning with lots of blanks to QA, and yes, I do try. I have asked several times to be placed on a different main acct, former super knew what it was like, was able to get new account which I never got to work on because things blew up about that time and he was one of the fired PS people. now, I can't seem to get anyone to understand that I am drowning here with this acct, with all the other cuts, etc., is slowing me down and I am near bankruptcy. keep getting told to wait a few more weeks, then get the talk about not meeting production, how can we help get your production up,, etc. for a few days this week I got lots of work from other accounts in PS BOB and a lot of ASR (which I am supposed to be getting and don't get much of normally) and it made a HUGE difference in my line cout. told supe during The Conversation and lo and behold, the next day I am getting majority of 95% ESL account again!!
sorry for the long post, please don't flame. for those of you who are thinking I just just get another job and quit bellyaching, it is not a good time for me to change jobs due to the fact I am the only caregiver for an elderly parent and I am just very discouraged. |
