I am in the West region. My supervisor specifically asked that MT's DO create a subject line stating URGENT or specific key words. She gets an incredible amount of email daily and tries her best to respond either by phone or email to the urgent ones first. Of course, I think I do have one of the best supervisors available. In fact, I begged and pleaded to be allowed to go with her when she was moved. (Have had 3 since January) Have never had a supervisor I did not like. (knock on wood)If so, I'm sure I would turn into a madwoman and either get moved or look for another job! Life is definitely too short to put up with a supervisor you can't work with. |
