audited. The majority do not even know what a score is, and have never been audited. There are thousands of unqualified or underqualified MTs. Why do you think they need a new department, QKL? They have new departments set up to handle the garbage jobs returned from our clients. They have teams of auditors now in place to audit everyone. Yes, MQ has been the laughingstock of the MT industry for many years now, and I am glad its changing. It is an insult to all of us, and a threat to our careers. Sadly, we are too big to individualize QASAR, etc., so all of us, QA and MTs, have to suffer for now while the weeding gets done. Sorry you're insulted, but that is the reality. |
