between QA and MT. I certainly hope you don't get 1 of my reports with more than 2 or 3 blanks. If you do, I feel assured that I will be slapped with an abusive flagging because YOU think I'm lazy. I am not lazy nor have I ever been. My goal is to put out a report that is correct. No way will I guess at anything I am not 100% sure of, whether the report has no blanks or 50 blanks. If that makes me lazy, then so be it, call me lazy. I believe in quality and will not lower my standards for anybody. I got out of nursing and pursued transcription because I was expected to lower my standards for times' sake and I simply refused. I feel the same way about transcription; I WILL NOT lower my standards just to keep some QA person from calling me lazy. Have a great day! |
