said here. As an employee of MQ I am offended by some of the posts here that MQ is putting out shoddy work. First of all everyone could make a mistake that got through once in a while, but for someone to say this is ongoing and constant is an insult to anyone who works here.. There are random QA checks done on everyone and the work that goes out is checked on a regular basis. If you were to get a QA score of less than 98% you would have been put on a monthly review and then if you still did not improve you would have had someone working with you to find out why your work was not reaching a 98% level, and you would have had to improve your quality or be on 100% review before any of your work would have went to any hospital. The above posts are an insult to all of us.... |
