What you say may be true, however, a lot of this could have been avoided by:

1. Hiring only qualified people.
2. Taking care of the problem people; don't punish the multiple for the problems of a few.
3. Communicating with employees quicker, more completely and more uniformly (seems what you know depends on what region you are in or who your PS is).
4. Actually beta testing new programs before implementing company wide (feel sure the MT response to the critical heading and QAs problem with selecting abuse of flagging would have been quickly identified on a beta test and modified).

I have no problem with NQP, I think it could be a valuable tool for everyone to learn. However, they set it up to fail or at least have a really rough start.

Agree with you, pros don't need to worry. And if the problems are not fixed, the pros especially have choices!
