You do have a point. You know, I have done other kinds of work in my lifetime and people are the same pretty much. The same kind of complaints...about how they are treated, what they are paid, etc.
Anyone who doesn't like the Q can move out here with me and go to work for the hospital here. If you want to talk awful...the office manager over the MTs acts like she is the only one who knows how to do this work, but doesn't know anything about the BOS II...they have a drug index and a medical dictionary in their office and that is it!
Oh, and did I mention, they want 200 lines/hour and they pay a whole whopping $6.00 per hour.
Let me think for a minute here...oh yeah, they have no QA system whatsoever, so the physicians will actually call you when you mess up because they are allowed to do that.
I believe the true and actual issue here is that MQ has ignored us for so long that when they give us attention we are offended. |
