Have you ever worked in an actual hospital setting. Remember the ending of the 1st Indiana Jones movie...where the ark is being moved to that enormous government vault where it will never be found again...that is where most of these reports wind up. Saving patient's lives and care my butt.
Anyway, MQs police gives you more incentive to guess instead of leave blanks because for now the chance of being found out on that is very small vs. actually sending in a report with one blank and betting totally ripped.
If they think they improve quality this way, forget it.
