abuse of flags for 1 QA marker because I could not understand a physician's name given by an ESL dictator. I tried to work with them. I did not have a hissy when they lowered line rate for ASR. Change of PS' was fine with me, even when I went a month without one. More accounts? No problem. I will get through it.
Spending an hour on a report for a new client listening and relistening and researching because the dictator was ESL, and then being accused of abusing flags for not guessing the doc's name he gave? I could have just typed it phonetically and sent it to the client. But I want my reports to be correct, so I put in ONE flag. On a 135 line report. Sorry...there is going with the flow and being adaptable. And then there is letting them kick you in the head. |
