implement a policy like this, the obvious being that maybe the quality of work being put out was not as good as it should have been. Maybe there were way too many complaints from the clients about poor quality reports.
By the way, according to the company board it does not sound like there are too many successful MT companies, ie; with happy, MT's, happy clients and the like. Lots of crabbing about outsourcing, bad transcription platforms, lack of work, etc. etc.
I don't think it matters what MQ does, there is always going to be somebody crabbing or complaining about something they do. |
