completely changing not only the title but the job description of QAs job. No longer are they filling in blanks for us, they are instructed to ding us and give us critical feedback (worth points or not) for things that we just cannot figure out or simply don't know. This is THE most ridiculous thing I've seen my company do so far and I've been around here for about 10 years.
Someone needs to put a stop to this huge mess that's been created. If each and every one of us wrote to MT Questions or the help desk or whatever they call it (I haven't used it .....YET), then they would have to take action against this ridiculous NQP.
I wish someone who actually mattered and could change things within the company would hear you folks who are having such a difficult time right now (me included - though I rarely post on here - just read mostly) and do something about this.
MQ wants to be the leader and innovator in this industry. Do they honestly think this is the way to do it? They need to take notes and consult with a SUCCESSFUL MT company and by successful I mean happy clients AND happy MTs and employees. MQ is NOT successful because success in business is NOT only measured by finances.
I am supposed to begin work at 7 tonight. I work every Sunday. I'm dreading it. First time in years.
