I have been here for 12 years, busting my a@@, worked an entire summer making pennies in overtime (worked every weekend, except for 2 weekends in 2005), because they were drowning in backlog.  You would think they would offer something just for dedication!!! NOT!  I asked for a raise 2 months ago, was told by PS would get paperwork underway then all this BS started, and I heard nothing back...what do you think my chances are?  I have yet to see a raise from this company...never once in 12 years! The big-wigs are the ones getting richer...it certainly isn't us.  Sadly, we are what makes this company move ahead.
